Caps apply to each associate, not to the average. In the replay no associate reaches the cap of the version they are paid under (₹6,000 in v3, ₹9,000 in v4), so both totals are uncapped and equal 142 × the average.
Keeping the ₹6,000 cap would cut the kicker for the 61 associates who would pass ₹6,000 with it, so v4 raises the cap to ₹9,000. Billing includes 118 FT fixed shares of ₹5,000.
