Model 3Outlet × brand tracking

Multiple brands, multiple outlets

Anjali works sequential blocks, each pairing a brand with an outlet. Check-in, checklist and targets are scoped to the pairing, a supervisor can move a block during the day, and everything rolls up into one outlet × brand report.

Formal (FT) · Lumio and Kelvo at two outlets

Behind the scenes
Anjali works two brands at two outlets, one after the other. Each block pairs a brand with an outlet and carries its own hours, target and rate card.
- Sequential blocks: Lumio 10:00–14:00, Kelvo 15:00–19:00
- Sharing rules allow both: smartphones and ACs do not compete
- Fixed ₹16,000 a month shared 2 × ₹8,000 (construct A)
